GoMining in short
GoMining is a remote Bitcoin mining platform. Instead of buying a machine, plugging it in at home and paying for electricity, you buy a digital miner: a share of computing power, measured in TH (terahash), that runs in GoMining's data centers.
The miner is yours: GoMining presents it as a miner "for life". Every day it mines Bitcoin, and GoMining pays you your share after deducting the running costs (maintenance). You can keep the miner, upgrade it or resell it to other users on the Marketplace.
How it works
TH: your miner's power
The more TH your miner has, the more Bitcoin it earns. Earnings are therefore counted "per TH": this is the hashprice, what 1 TH earns per day. It depends on the Bitcoin price and the Bitcoin network difficulty.
W/TH: power consumption
W/TH tells you how much electricity each TH uses. Lower is better: a 12 W/TH miner uses almost half the electricity of a 20 W/TH miner for the same power. New miners sold by GoMining are currently 12 W/TH.
Maintenance: what is deducted every day
Every day, GoMining deducts the cost of electricity (based on your W/TH) and a service fee from your earnings. What is left is your net earnings. That is the number that matters, not the gross Bitcoin mined.
What it earns today
Figures calculated automatically on Oct 13, 2026, with BTC at $83,089 and electricity at $0.05/kWh, with no discount:
| Miner | Net earnings per TH per day | Per TH per month | Profitable while BTC is above |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 W/TH | $0.0161 | $0.49 | $49k |
| 15 W/TH | $0.0125 | $0.38 | $57k |
| 20 W/TH | $0.0065 | $0.20 | $69k |
Example: with 10 TH at 12 W/TH, net earnings are about $5 per month today.
These amounts change every day with the BTC price and difficulty. They do not include your discounts, which increase net earnings. To follow your own numbers day after day, create your free account on gominingupmp.fr.
Buying a miner: new or second-hand?
New from GoMining
GoMining sells new miners at 12 W/TH. Prices checked on Oct 10, 2026: about €16.95 for 1 TH and €16.61 per TH from about 13 TH. It costs more per TH, but it is the lowest efficiency available: the miner stays profitable longer if the BTC price falls.
Second-hand on the Marketplace
Users resell their miners to each other. Second-hand miners are often cheaper per TH but use more electricity. Real sale prices over the last 30 days:
| Efficiency | Median price per TH sold | Sales |
|---|---|---|
| 12 W/TH | $15.89 | 1,727 |
| 15 W/TH | $10.49 | 3,990 |
| 20 W/TH | $7.59 | 1,105 |

Maintenance discounts
Several discounts add up to lower your maintenance:
- Token discount, up to 20%: keep several days of maintenance in advance as GOMINING tokens (GMT) in your GoMining wallet. 36 days of maintenance give 1%, 378 days give 20%.
- Service, up to 3%: just click "Service" every day (+0.3% per day in a row, 3% on day 10). It's free: don't forget it.
- VIP, up to 6%: depending on your GoMining VIP status.
- Mining mode, up to about 1.3%: for those who don't play Miner Wars. The amount depends on community votes.
Miner Wars: the game mode
Miner Wars is an optional game: instead of mining "solo", your power takes part in rounds where players win blocks of BTC and GMT. Cycles last one week and start on Tuesday. Players are grouped into leagues (Dune, Horizon, Eclipse, Odyssey) and play in clans.
You can buy boosts with GMT to win more blocks, but not all of them pay off. The Miner Wars page shows rankings, each player's earnings and what boosts really bring in.
You can join the UPMP clan directly from GoMining: join the UPMP clan.
Risks to know
- The Bitcoin price: if it falls, your dollar earnings fall too, while maintenance keeps running.
- Network difficulty: it rises over time, so each TH mines slightly less BTC every month.
- The halving: about every 4 years, the Bitcoin mining reward is cut in half. The next one is expected around 2028.
- GMT: GoMining's token moves like any crypto. GMT earned or locked for discounts can lose value.
- The platform: your miners are held by GoMining. As with any centralized platform, your stake depends on the company's soundness.

Frequently asked questions
Is GoMining profitable?
It depends on the Bitcoin price, network difficulty and your miner's efficiency (W/TH). Today, a 12 W/TH TH earns about $0.49 net per month, with no discount. A miner usually pays for itself over several years: always work out the payback time before buying.
How much does a TH cost on GoMining?
A new 12 W/TH TH costs about €16.61 (checked on Oct 10, 2026), a bit more when buying a single TH. On the Marketplace, second-hand miners often sell for less per TH, but they use more electricity.
What is W/TH?
It is your miner's electricity consumption for each TH of power. The lower it is, the less maintenance you pay and the longer your miner stays profitable if Bitcoin falls. New miners are 12 W/TH.
What is GoMining maintenance?
It is your miner's daily running cost: electricity (based on your W/TH) and a service fee. GoMining deducts it every day from what your miner mines. Discounts (token, service, VIP) can lower it.
Can I resell my GoMining miner?
Yes. Miners are resold between users on the GoMining Marketplace. gominingupmp.fr tracks real sales to show the second-hand price per TH.
Do I have to play Miner Wars?
No, it's optional. Without Miner Wars you mine solo and can get a small maintenance discount (mining mode). With Miner Wars you can win blocks of BTC and GMT, but boosts don't always pay off.
When are earnings paid?
GoMining presents its miners as miners "for life" that earn Bitcoin every day: mining earnings are credited daily, after maintenance. In Miner Wars, rewards are paid at the end of each weekly cycle.
